If you are interested in attending the 2026 event, please let us know now (even if it is not yet 100% certain). Pre-Registrations are without any obligations! (This will only help us to know the largest possible number of vehicles and members coming to Luxembourg).

 1) Your full name and co-driver (if applicable)
 2) Details (5x) of your Marcos (type, year of manufacture, registration number, nationality, colour)
 3) Photo of your Marcos (in JPG or JPEG format and in colour please!)
 4) Provisional arrival and departure date
 5) Desired room(s) > twin room, double room, single room, suite, ...

Our activities will start on Friday, so we have arranged with the hotel that all pre-bookings will be given a provisional room (double, single, etc as planned) from Thursday to Sunday (check-in on Thursday evening and check-out on Monday morning).

The provisional programme of the weekend will be roughly as follows:
 
Thursday, 30th July 2026  -- Arrival in Luxembourg.
Note: No meals have been pre-ordered, which means that everyone can arrive when they want (even a little later) without time pressure and without stress, so that you can also eat on the way or outside. À la carte dining is of course also possible in the hotel restaurant; open from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Restaurant reservation-nr. will also be announced at the end of January or beginning of February.)
 
 
Friday, 31 July 2026
 -- Breakfast
 -- Drive to Luxembourg City
 -- English guided city tour in the morning (approx. 1 hour, as we have many ‘new’ members)
 -- Lunch break or shopping, free time to do as you please
 -- Around 3 p.m., another English guided city tour (short) – More shopping if you want ...
 -- Return to the hotel
 -- Evening buffet in the hotel restaurant

You are welcome to gain a detailed overview of the individual room categories. Our video. The room rate quoted includes buffet breakfast, parking and high-speed WiFi Internet access. If the city imposes a tourist tax, it is not included in the nightly rate and will be charged at check-out.

Booking closes on 1 June 2026, two months before the start of the event. If you are unable to attend on Thursday and/or Sunday, this is not a problem; the booking options should allow for this afterwards (it's planned like this).

>> The booking-link will be sent to all of you at the end of January or beginning of February. Free cancellations are only possible until 1 July 2026, one month before the start of the event; after the deadline costs will be incurred.

Of course, the details of the 2026 buffets have not yet been finalised. You will therefore find some examples from this year as a .pdf attached (link 2025)  (link updated Nov.2025).
There will probably be some small changes, but this already gives you a small idea what you can expect. (If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance)
